About your hosts
For us, it all started in 1973 when a young surfer was travelling the coast and happened on Hahei Beach. There wasn't much there in the way of surf (in fact it's a very safe beach!), but the place had instant appeal - so much so that a casual enquiry about property resulted in a $10 deposit being paid on a small section! A receipt on an old envelope sealed the deal and a love affair with the area was born.
Now, 32 years and one change of location later, we would like to welcome you all to our special place.
